What’s Inside

OKONOMIYAKIKIT

This kit includes everything you need to make two servings of okonomiyaki.

Okonomiyaki Flour (200 g): A special blend of wheat flour, kelp powder, and spices that creates a fluffy texture and rich umami flavor.
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce (2 packets): Our signature sauce made from dates, apples, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and other fruits and vegetables. Perfectly balanced in sweetness, acidity, and savory depth — just pour it generously over your pancakes for that authentic restaurant flavor.

All you need to add are a few simple ingredients from your fridge — cabbage, eggs, and your favorite toppings — and you’re ready to cook!

How to Make (2 Servings)

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 bag of flour, ½ cup of water, and 2 eggs.
  2. Add 10 oz of shredded cabbage and 1 oz of chopped green onions, then mix again.
  3. Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil.
  4. Add half of the mixture onto the pan and place 3 pork slices or bacon on top.
  5. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
  6. Flip once more so the pork side is facing up when finished.
  7. When cooked through, drizzle Okonomi Sauce evenly over each okonomiyaki.
  8. Add mayonnaise, dried seaweed, and bonito flakes to your liking.
