Konjac powder, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, pumpkin powder, mandarin powder*, sodium alginate, rock salt, carrageenan, locust bean gum, woodear mushroom UMAMI powder, carrot powder, magnesium chloride
Sodium alginate and carrageenan are polysaccharides obtained from seaweed. Locust bean gum is a polysaccharide obtained from carob beans. Calcium sulfate and magnesium chloride are used as coagulants like bittern in making tofu.
*The ingredient "mandarin powder" uses unshu mandarin oranges, which are different from "oranges" that are subject to allergens. Unshu mandarin oranges are not designated as an allergen.
